Website Terms of Use

Effective date: September 16, 2026

These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of texasmadeliving.com and the information, inquiry, referral, tour-request, and placement-assistance features offered through the website. The website is operated by Texas Made Living ("Texas Made Living," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. General Information Only

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not medical, legal, financial, clinical, case-management, or emergency advice. Information on the website may change and may not reflect current availability, pricing, eligibility requirements, amenities, or room configurations.

2. Nature of Texas Made Living Services

Texas Made Living provides shared-housing information and may provide placement assistance for independent adults across Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding areas.

Texas Made Living is not a licensed medical, mental-health, treatment, rehabilitation, personal-care, home-health, nursing, or assisted-living provider. We do not provide medical care, medication management, therapy, supervision, personal-care services, transportation, or emergency services unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

The website does not create a landlord-tenant relationship, residency agreement, provider-patient relationship, fiduciary relationship, or other professional relationship. Any housing arrangement with Texas Made Living will be governed by separate written documents.

3. No Guarantee of Housing or Placement

Submitting an inquiry, referral, document, or tour request does not guarantee:

Availability or placement;

Eligibility, approval, or acceptance;

A particular home, location, room type, roommate arrangement, move-in date, or price;

That Texas Made Living will be suitable for an individual's needs; or

That an independent provider will respond, accept a referral, or offer housing.

Availability and eligibility may change at any time. Texas Made Living may decline, pause, or end assistance when a request falls outside available housing, resources, eligibility, safety requirements, or the scope of services we provide, subject to applicable law.

4. Placement Assistance and Independent Providers

When Texas Made Living does not have a suitable opening, we may provide information about independent housing providers or community resources. This assistance is provided as a courtesy and does not guarantee placement.

Independent providers are not agents, employees, partners, or representatives of Texas Made Living. A referral or listing is not an endorsement or warranty. Texas Made Living does not control and is not responsible for a third party's screening, decisions, property conditions, services, pricing, contracts, availability, conduct, security, accessibility, licensing, insurance, or privacy practices.

Individuals and referring parties are responsible for independently evaluating a provider, reviewing all agreements, asking questions, confirming credentials when relevant, and deciding whether an option is appropriate.

5. Inquiries and Referrals

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to update material information when necessary. You may not impersonate another person or submit information about another person without appropriate authority.

If you refer another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide the submitted information and request contact on that person's behalf. Texas Made Living may require direct confirmation from the individual before proceeding or disclosing information.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, passwords, full medical records, or other highly sensitive information through general website forms or ordinary email unless specifically requested through an appropriate process.

6. Communications

If you request contact or provide consent, Texas Made Living may communicate with you by telephone, text message, or email about your inquiry, referral, tour, availability, or placement-assistance request.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of housing or placement assistance. Communications may be delayed, intercepted, misdirected, or otherwise affected by circumstances outside our control.

7. Fair Housing and Nondiscrimination

Texas Made Living is committed to following applicable fair-housing and nondiscrimination laws. Nothing on the website is intended to state or imply an unlawful preference, limitation, or discrimination based on a protected characteristic.

Requests for reasonable accommodation may be submitted to [email protected]. Each request will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law. This statement does not represent that Texas Made Living provides medical, personal-care, or assisted-living services.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not:

Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or deceptive purposes;

Interfere with the website's operation or security;

Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;

Introduce malware, harmful code, or automated traffic that burdens the website;

Scrape, copy, or exploit website content except as permitted by law; or

Submit false, misleading, excessive, or unauthorized personal information.

9. Intellectual Property

The website's text, branding, graphics, design, photographs, and other content are owned by Texas Made Living or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. No other use is permitted without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Third-Party Links and Tools

The website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties. Texas Made Living is not responsible for third-party websites, tools, content, availability, terms, security, or privacy practices. Use of a third-party service is subject to that party's terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Texas Made Living disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and suitability of any housing or third-party resource.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Made Living and its owners, personnel, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from website use, inability to use the website, reliance on website information, communications failures, third-party providers, or placement decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Texas Made Living and its owners, personnel, contractors, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or unauthorized submission of another person's information.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Texas Made Living Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15. Changes to the Website or Terms

We may update the website or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, subject to applicable law.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement governing website use, but they do not replace any separate housing, residency, referral, or service agreement.
